    Welcome to the world of humans becoming alert;
    Whimsical wishes shift positions…like floating dirt.
    This judgemental dust weighs on a temporal scale,
    When a mind carries the body…like a creepy snail.

    Anatomical muscles are born to bear the weight;
    Set with a task…to approach some stressful hate.
    Weight supports exercise–designed for strength;
    Enhance a mental quest, that is better–at length.

    Physical tension exerts resolve–prone to a fight,
    As a nervous battle involves muscles made tight.
    The conflict is not a mere moment of endurance;
    Rather, a constant threat for physical insurance.

    Movement touches behavior in the human mind;
    Angles slightly-off, will burn the posterior behind.
    An alternate maneuver would have been smart;
    But this pinched condition suffers a cruder part.

    Still, life goes-on…in the fastlane–moving ahead;
    Keep-up!…’cause behind is evidence of the dead.
    Fight for survival; certainly, quitting is no option;
    Whatever slacks-off will likely seek for a solution.

    Congenial service awakens in a friendly massage,
    Establishing the mind to amend a painful passage.
    Pressure touches–persuade a cruel nagging pinch,
    That gentle assistance relaxes muscles…is a cinch.

    Art, such as relaxation, is a strategic mental gain;
    A tactical carnality–as a sense of directional aim.
    An offline experience–to associate motor nerves,
    Manages to unpinch stress with smoother curves.
